The Programme Committee of Venice 2018 is now soliciting abstracts for a number of Companies Forums to be included in the main conference programme.
The primary goal of these sessions is to foster exchanges between practitioners and the academics, promote novel solutions to today’s challenges in the area of Waste to Energy, provide practitioners in the field an early opportunity to evaluate leading-edge research and present their latest products and services.
Companies froums broaden the range of opportunities for companies during the symposium, which includes exhibition areas, rooms available for private or open meetings, networking events, and numerous advertising opportunities.
Each session will be allotted 100 minutes and will include a selected number of brief oral presentations followed by ample time for discussion and opportunities for networking. The session room will be close to the exhibition hall. Forums will be announced on the conference website and all marketing collateral.
Topics of interest
Themes of particular interest include but are not limited to those identified in the main conference topics.
Submissions may describe technologies, methodologies, applications, prototypes or experiences of clear relevance.
Submissions, in the form of 1-2 page abstracts, should be sent by email to email@example.com.
Abstracts should describe the content of the talk, which should be of a technical or strategic nature (i.e. purely marketing/promotional material will not be accepted).
As regular abstracts, proposals for companies forums will undergo a thorough selection process.
Acceptance will be based primarily on the novelty and applicability of the insights proposed.
