We wish to thank all authors that submitted a proposal for presentation at the conference. More than 220 papers reached the Organizing Secretariat by the deadline of February 28th, submitted from dozens of different countries which makes this edition of the Symposium particularly promising.
In order to maximize the opportunity for both practitioners and academics to share the latest developments across the range of topics represented at Venice 2018, late abstracts will be still evaluated by the conference scientific committees.
